Jane and Pete have a herd of 400 deer in Lincolnshire. They have been Ely Farmers’ Market regulars for 12 years. Pete and Jane pride themselves on the quality of their venison, which is butchered on the farm and hung for one week. The light, delicate flavour of their venison is very popular in Ely.
