Ely Markets is proud to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Ely Farmers’ Market – a relatively small but hugely significant part of the city’s thriving marketplace scene, which itself spans over 800 years of local history.

First launched in 2000, Ely Farmers’ Market was part of a growing national movement to support small producers and reconnect communities with fresh, local food. For the past quarter-century, it has provided a vital platform for farmers, smallholders, and independent producers to sell directly to customers in the heart of Ely.
